Came here to buy Stanley, could not find them it said on website it was in this store, could not find employee to help me, so left and decide to order online and pick up in store, got text saying it was ready for pick up , waited out there for more then 30 minutes and no one came out asked several employees who were delivering to other customers where was my order no one knows , then called the store I was told my order was sent to a different store and not there, asked to speak to a manager and explained situation and and so end up cancelling first order and reorder to pick up at this store. Never found my order and manager she will go find my self and she will call this was over 3 weeks ago never received a called from her and wasted 3 hours just wondering around waiting for her call back. It’s a shame that people leaders have no clue what customer service is and how important it is to keep a promise. She is very unprofessional and zero customer service. Very disappointed customer specially when I shop here a lot .

I visited this location recently, and all the employees were so helpful and kind. But one that really stood out to me was a young lady named Allie. She was so willing to help and just the sweetest girl!!
