I walked in was greeted at the front check out I was looking at possible trading in a revolver. That experience was great. Me and my grandfather wast to the gun cou.ter were then greated again. When asked what would be thes trade in value of this firearm. A nice agent helped us gave us a print out of sale/trade/ their possible sale price. Then didn't ask any further questions what are you looking to do ect. Alt 3 people when back to cuddling around a man who was in the process of purchasing a firearm. We broused up and down even tried to raise my hand up to look at an option that was a possible trade up nothing from and or the agent working. I gave up told my grandfather lets go I'll pay more somewhere else. What I was looking for was a Precision rifle for me and an upgraded side arm for my grandfather that he can operate at his age. But nothing was asked we "we're" looking under 4k total with trade in. Other stores in the area were very attentive showed us the ez option for a softer spring for him then the revolver ect. Their agents always Right there with us. Something to work on, I will say way im rating higher the interactions we had were kind. Buts just because we are trading an older gun doesn't me we are not going to spend $$.
