Bought a rifle online and it was in stock at the Vernal store. did the background check... they did not submit it for 3 days. i have to wait 3 days from the day and time it was made. well i went to pick up the rifle and they said i could not pick it up for 3 more days. i had driven 2 hours to pick this rifle up. so, no apology no anything and made it sound like i was at fault for picking it up early. went back the next weekend and finished my paperwork. took way to long. then i went to leave and they said it will be 12.50 i asked what for they said the background check. i said that was not disclosed at time of purchase and does not apply. the manager basically said "oh well" you still have to pay. i will not buy anything from them again. it is sad because i will now have to drive 3 to 4 hours to get reloading supplies. I DO NOT RECOMEND VERNAL Sportsman Warehouse
