Big Boyz Guns is one of the best gun stores in the area. The folks there are helpful and friendly. The prices are fair. Any special need whether guns, ammo, or even connecting me with a service that they don't offer is always done with a sense of quality customer service. For a physically small shop, the amount of quality guns offered (in house, on site) is impressive. The ammo selection is great. During COVID, when almost every other shop was selling ammo at inflated prices, Big Boyz Guns kept the prices incredibly fair. Additionally, they refused to allow horders to buy them out and resell at those inflated prices at the time. Dave would often say, everyone needed to be able to get the ammo they needed. Big Boyz will always have a favored status from me. When the big stores in town don't appreciate you spending hard earned money with them, come and see Dave and the Big Boyz team. You may never go back to the big stores.

I have been doing business here for several years now. Always polite, knowledgeable, and store stocked with as much as they can possible fit inside. I travel over 40 minutes 1 way, just to support this store, and have brought at least 3 peers over the years, to purchase from them as well. There is only 1 local FFL that I trust in my area and he doesn't have the inventory BBG has, so I happily make the drive down. They have never been pushy, or spoken down to me at any time. Their staff has also been great, especially their former armorer that worked there when I first started spending my money with them. Their policies are there for a reason, any time working with the general public, you will be exposed a lot of lower intelligence individuals. I understand their no disassembly policy, perhaps ask the staff if they will do it for you so you can inspect what you are about to buy, just because you know how to do it, doesn't mean that they know that you do or will not damage things in the process. Every gun store has the aforementioned intelligence level, try to bring in unproperly cleared arms for them to look at, this store is no exception, and they take safety and the rules and laws of their FFL license seriously. Respectfully so. There is a right way to do things and if you are not sure, ASK THEM FIRST BEFOREHAND. This is their livelihood, they have to toe a strict line to be in compliance with state and federal laws. If you can't understand that, well, you shouldn't be purchasing 2A items from anyone, period! I just left their store a few hours ago and had nothing but the same level of customer service and experience that I had when I walked in there the first time. I will continue to do business with them and will continue to refer friends and family in my area to take the trip down there for their 2A purchasing needs.
