Bob's Gun Shop

Went in for a gun part and it was a good experience. Everything was clean and all the staff seemed well versed in safety. Had 3 levels in the building including a gun range. Free parking.

Came in yesterday to buy a Spring Field Echelon COMP, trusting the Salesman i was speaking with (big guy with beard), he informed me they didnt have it in stock and asked me what i was looking for and my price range. He pointed me to the S&W M&P 9 Competitor 2.0, I held it and immediately new i wanted one (i was VERY apprehensive because i had a bodyguard .40 that i hated), but even with this i held a few other guns asked a bunch of questions (first time ever using a red dot) not only did he answer all of my questions in a way i could understand, he openly gave me his opinions on the good and bad of all the guns I held, and asked questions about with a legitimate explanation of the why this is better than that. (even going as far as not recommending guns that cost more than the comp 2.0 i kept circling back to) he even pointed me to a solid "cheap" red dot as i wasn't sure if id like them (not sure how anybody can not like them turns out they are awesome). Nobody ever tried to upsell me, get me to buy anything i wasn't looking for, or berate me for my lack of knowledge. (it also helps being up front about your level of knowledge). 10/10 will be returning for my next purchase. (also 500 rounds, 0 malfunctions)
