Bass Pro Shops (Formerly Cabela's)

Last year was my first time coming here for the Santa pictures, my daughter is autistic and struggles being in public places very long. I brought her back this year and was happy to see the same staff member who helped me with my daughter last year. I believe her name is Naomi, she was very helpful and very interactive with my daughter. I’ve never seen my daughter be more outgoing with another person other than her own teachers at school. I am very appreciative of people like Naomi, Naomi had nothing but nice words for my daughter, she encouraged my daughter to smile and not only for me but for my daughter she made it feel like we were in a safe environment and you don’t get that feeling everywhere you go. I’ll be coming back again for this awesome experience!

Customer service is lacking. Man behind the gun counter seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was trying to spend my money there and wasn't helpful at all when trying to order a gun. I left and immediately drove to The Range and they had the gun I wanted in stock and made the entire process much easier. I'll spend my money at The Range from now on.
