I Highly recommend Wyoming Gun Co. I have purchased many items from this FFL, and they ordered what I was looking for in non inventory at a competitive price. The range is very clean and upscale, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The retail area has a wide variety of items tailored to modern needs both hunting and tactical, and features a luxury sitting area with some relevant publications if the need arises. I have also had Cerakote refinishing and some gunsmithing services completed here, and have always been pleased with the result and turn around time. I visit nearly every trip into Casper when I can, and I always find something new to consider. They also have classes to suit anyone looking to advance their skills, though I will update this review when I have experienced a class or two. Overall a five star establishment!

I have been looking for a particular part. Was told WGC had one. I called them to verify they had one in stock before making the 45 minutes there and back. Was confirmed that they had one in stock. I told them I would be on the way to get it and he said great. I then called in again about 10 minuets later to confirm that it was 3 positions and not the 2 position. Was confirmed and relayed to 2nd employee that I would be on my way to pick it up shortly. I get there, and a kind gentleman(only reason it’s more than one star) told me he thought they were out but he would check and see what was going on. He informs me that the gentleman I spoke with earlier on the phone would explain the situation, when he was done with his client he was dealing with. I wait until he’s free and all he has to tell me is that he has one in stock but it’s “on reserve” for another client. I tell him that I was told it’s in stock and available and he just said sorrry. My first problem with this is the fact I drove 45 minuets for fun. My second problem with this is that I specifically told this gentleman that I would be in shortly to pick it up and he didn’t think to tell me no need? My third problem with this situation is the fact that you have a paying customer in front of you trying to buy a part, that I was specifically told was in stock and you’re turning my business away because someone else called and “reserved it”. Why wasn’t I given the option to reserve it? Note this was all within an hour. From time I was told it was available to being told it was “reserved”. I ordered the part myself at the end of the day, so only really out the time. Man what a not so good first experience buying parts from WGC though.
