Sportsman's Warehouse

I've shopped at this particular SW for a decade, and spent a lot of money here. The store has gone downhill since the coof ended. Every time I go in the place I'm met at the gun counter by poorly trained 18 -20 year olds who really don't know what they're doing. They advertise as being able to do trade-ins but when I go in, they "aren't doing trade ins today". The only kid on a register was borderline rude. The store is a literal ghost town. There are hardly any customers and also hardly ever any staff around.

Just a weird place to shop. Atmosphere is either tense or uninviting. I’ve bought two handguns from here. Even though the whole checkout process was not a hassle and was very smooth, I always feel unwelcome here. I always need to have my bearing straight before shopping here and that sucks cause this is the only place in town where I can get my outdoor needs. Now it’s not like shopping at the car dealerships which are absolutely disgusting and vile, but the shopping experience is sub par for what it could be.
