Placed an order online and the only option for shipping was to have it shipped to my local store. I received an email the day before stating that my order was ready for pickup. I had my wife go in the next day to pick it up and she was told that it was not at the store and that they didn’t sell that specific item because of some strange reason that the store associate came up with, even though I was able to order it online and have it shipped to the store? So I called the store myself and was told by a different employee that it had just now arrived seconds before I called. (Weird) When she went back later that evening to attempt to pick it up again two more employees stated that they couldn’t find it and it wasn’t there again! Finally the cashier woman found it in the front of the store and gave it to my wife. Obviously this stores employees have very poor communication skills and are too lazy to look very hard for orders that have been at there store for at least 24 hours creating inconvenience for people that have to order things in to their store when home shopping options aren’t available. Very poor customer service and associates that lie about subjects they aren’t knowledgeable about causing confusion and frustration. I definitely will NOT be shopping here or ordering anything from them ever again. I only ordered this specific item because I could not find it anywhere else. This is why online shopping has become much more popular and convenient than shopping and supporting local businesses because customer service has gone to S&#%!
