I had to go to the 280 location since I needed an item right away that wasn’t available at the 150 store. I received notification that my online order was ready about 2 hours before going to the store. I was the only customer at first and gave them the order # before proceeding to wait 15-20 minutes while employees discussed “workplace problems / issues” with each other. I finally asked them the status and one of them went back to get my order (1 large, easily-identifiable item). I am glad I live near the 150 location which is really well- stocked and has friendly employees.

The gun department was a very disappointing experience. Waited 15-20 minutes and couldn’t even trouble them to stop a conversation and help. I asked the person not in a conversation for help and she gave a confusing answer and couldn’t help us. Left without even seeing anything. Buy online folks, this Academy is a waste of time to go into.
