Products great! I went in at 8:30 a.m. on July 31st. No employee working there except a friendly cashier at the front spoke to me while checking me out. I said something to an older looking manager at customer service. He just simply stared at me and shook his head and answered me rather nonchalantly, like it is what it is. He didn't seem to care at all which is the general attitude at this place it seems. I bought some gray & white Adidas shoes but really didn't want to based on attitude of staff. I wish that I could leave 0 stars. Does Academy want people to shop there and return again? I noticed that the employees greeted each other just not the customers

Huge store, I love it but service definitely changes based on the employees. Some days it's excellent. They will see you looking lost or searching for an item and offer assistance without you even having to ask. Some days you will have to hunt down an employee it may as if they are actively avoiding the customers lol.
