I went in for a pickup order and was greeted by the rudest associate. True I was at the wrong store However, before even taking my order number I was greeted with a very stern “one minute” by knockoff Santa Claus. What happened to “Hi how are you???” After this rude greeting, I was told to call out my order number and before I could even get the numbers out I received a “wrong store” & a finger pointing to the door in the same short monotone voice I received just before. Not only was poor Santa rude to me, he was also unhelpful to his staff and rude to them when they were asking for their own help. So just take that extra 15 minutes to the other store to be greeted by people with better attitudes!

So disappointed. I asked an associate for slip resistant shoes. He showed me an aisle where they are supposed to be. I couldn't find them. I keep walking around or 10 minutes through the shoe aisles. Never found them. Passed by 2 associates who never offered to help. They had seen me 3 times going through the aisles. Just kept working.
