the loss prevention with the white long hair old man is so rude. I ask him can he help me find something. he looked at me like i was disgusted and say i dont don’t do that im loss prevention. i didnt hear him at first so i ask why he didnt want to help me he looked at me again and screamed im loss prevention. first he didnt have to scream or get an attitude. this rude and racist man had all other folks looking at us crazy because he wanted to go back and forth with me instead of trying to lead me or tell me in courtesy way to get somebody else to help me. He is so rude and unpleasant to customers, please teach him how to deal with the public when represented Academy cause he is not doing it at all. is it because he loss and prevention do that give him a pass.? Thankful for the young lady who made it all better. this happened 12/19/25 around 5;20-5:30 pm please find him.

This is by far the worst Academy that I have visited. I couldn't find anything that I was looking for even though the Academy website said that certain items were in stock at this store. Additionally, I couldn't find an Academy employee to help. Upon walking toward the store exit, there were at least 4 Academy employees (non-cashiers) standing at the front of the store. This Academy store needs new management and some help.
