Did an online return with all my info but not my wife’s credit card….. “oh sorry, you loss”. They gave me store credit. I could have given them the number and Info off of the card, like an online order that we bought it. But I drove to make this return The lady that helped me was great but she wants to keep her job and did/could not give on this. She was pleasant and she is did a 4 star to keep the rating higher

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine is hands down one of the best outdoor stores around. The store is huge, clean, and incredibly well organized, with an amazing selection of fishing gear, hunting equipment, camping supplies, apparel, and more. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned outdoorsman. The aquariums and displays make it fun to walk through even if you’re just browsing. You could seriously spend hours in here. Every visit is a great experience—this place never disappoints!
