Mack's Prairie Wings

Ordered shotgun shells that are allegedly in stock on the 19th of December 2025. Since then crickets. My credit card has been charged. Called the number to check to see what is up. The lady was nice and she could see the shells were in fact, in stock at the Stuttgart store. She could not tell me when they would ship. Hoping to use them on a hunting trip in January and here we are. Still crickets today, Jan 3rd. You can see Macks reached out to me with a response below. I sent them the information they requested. I got a response today, January 5th. They indicated my order was "on backorder". Per their instructions, I have elected to cancel my order. I just sent the response and I will amend this once I get my money back.

!!!!!BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT ANY RETAIL LOCATION EVER!!!!! We came by on Black Friday. Tons of people there. We found a park in the paved lot, went inside and shopped for 45 minutes. We finished up and went to lunch in town where we had eyes on our vehicle the entire time. Upon getting back to the car, we noticed that someone had keyed it. This is a brand new Acura. We went back to Mack’s and I asked to speak to a manager. Seth came to meet me and asked me to show him where we were parked. He took all of my info and told me he’d be in touch. A few days had passed and I hadn’t heard from him and I knew I needed to give him a call. Before that thought exited my head, he was calling me. He informed me that he’d turned the info aver to his team and they confirmed the incident happened onsite. He then told me that they were going to cover the cost of the repair and were extremely sorry for the incident happening on their property. This is by far the BEST customer experience I’ve had at a retail location….EVER!!! Thank you to Seth and the Mack’s Prairie Wings team. I’ll see you soon to shake your hand in person!
