Well I should've reviewed the numerous complaints about this store and we would've saved ourselves some real trouble. We came to this store for a handgun that this place had in stock. It was a xmas present for my wife. The paperwork took over 1 1/2 hours to complete by the staff. It really looked like he didnt know what he was doing. I have purchased many hnadguns at other stores like Irin sights, Westcoast, Turners and Discount gun mart. Unreal how lack of training makes a customer very confussed as to what is wrong?? So they process out paper work I PAY for the handgun sonce it was a gift / came back 11 days later// and they take another FULL HOUR to process the release - so I am about to pay the taxes and the counter clek tells me MY wife has to pay the taxes.. I said to him " I paid for it as a present 11 days a go" and he says "well its the policy" I said to him " well which policy are you guys following since I paid for it 11 days a go" He came back saying " well the person that helped you last time didn't know it"..... I said to him " It was you and the other guy that helped me" JFC. First and last time I ever buy something here. And for the reply from the company: DO something about it!! Dont just say " we appreciate the feedback we will do something" WELL DO something about it

Had THE best experience last night. My son found an online exclusive sale for a certain Rifle (he's super stoked, by the way) and I came in the other day to verify they had it in stock. Was met immediately by a young man behind the counter, named Luis. Super nice kid. They were very helpful even though I showed up about 30 minutes before closing because I could only make it in right after work. They verified the rifle was in stock and I came back the next night to complete the purchase, which again, very helpful and insightful considering I showed up so close to closing again. Zero attitude from Luis when I met him again and he got me on my way. I'm an older Gen X dude who grew up with a military/hunter dad with plenty of firearms experience including various pistols, shotguns and bolt/level action rifles, but I'm new to the AR scene. An accompanying sales rep named Anthony showed me the ins and outs of the rifle and was patient with my ignorance about it. lol. I went to a closer store to my work earlier in the week to check out another rifle my son had mentioned and was met with a sort of arrogance. I don't want to name the shop as it could have been an off day for this employee and as a blue-collar worker I get they're still people and not robots to do customer's bidding. That said, it did kind of sour my experience and made me hesitant to keep shopping around, until I came here. Never condescending and very helpful. I can't thank them enough. I even grabbed some items on the way out I had no intention of getting before just to throw a little extra business to this store as a thanks and I will definitely be buying the sights for this rifle and other items in the future from here. * Added note, even though another sales rep wasn't actually helping ME on my purchase I witnessed his interactions with another customer and other reps and wanted to say Trevor is also another dude to ask for while there. Thank you guys for a great experience.
