Not very knowledgeable staff first person sent me to the wrong register area for my firearm pickup then I was told I could use my cars registration as proof of my change of address then im being told the dates of my cars registration are too old when I just bought my car less than 6 months prior which shows an updated address I understood the need to have my address updated on my license but I still showed proof of an address change there was about 4 people standing over to "help" or maybe they were just anticipating i would be unruly or hard to deal with just didnt feel as if my business was very valued at this location so it left me with a bitter feeling towards the end will be trying again once everything has been changed and I go through the whole process of RE PURCHASING again. Staff needs to be more informative and helpful they all stood there with a crappy look on their faces. Also I do not appreciate that I offered to show multiple forms of bill or even tax documents as proof of address which is legal in the state of Florida to provide as proof of address and they told me those would not be accepted which was incorrect information on their end so ill be changing my star to one until I head back and try again . Also I just remembered when I was told that I should go to the dmv asap instead I sat there saying it would take all day and they would still require mail as proof of my address change so why cant you guys do it ? Made absolutely zero sense to me

I ordered online and because of a $180.00 delivery fee I decided to pick up the order. That is free. I texted - they delivered within 10 min me waiting in a spot - after that I went inside to see if they had some tennis shoes that were showing out of stock on line - I was plastered by an associate when I walked in that they are updated on line with what they have in store- long and behold I found the shoe I was looking for two times but on line they were out of stock. There was no Associate available inside the store and I had to take my question to the cashiers all away in the front to get info. There was only one cashier in the front but she was very helpful.
