Excellent conceal carry course at Naples Gun shop! Ginny, the instructor was superb! Very knowledgeable, very professional and made it a very positive and effective learning experience. I highly recommend NGS and Ginny for anyone interested in taking such a class.

I attended the CCW class as a 21st birthday present to myself. The staff here are incredible! Ginny, who was giving the class, made you feel welcomed and heard. Drawing on personal experiences and real-world scenarios, she ensured that the class remained both entertaining and serious. Not once did I feel like I was stuck in a classroom for hours. Her passion and teaching made it go by like a breeze! After I acquired my certificate, Ty was more than happy to show me around the store and answer the many questions I had as a first-time gun buyer. The professionalism and hospitality are unmatched. A local business I am bound to support!

Do you need a FL license to buy a handgun?

Answer: Yes and no; the ATF has very specific rules about this. The easiest way to answer is that w/out a FL DL, you would 1st need a valid DL with a current residential address on it (from any state), WITH either a FL Voter ID card, a FL vehicle registration with your name and FL address on it, or a 2021 FL residential property tax bill with your name on it (not a trust, etc.).
