Bass Pro Shops

This was my first time at Bass Pro Shops, and I had an amazing experience. I purchased an item online, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Jessica was awesome and very kind, patient, and helpful. Palmer also helped me try to get the bike into my car. Even though it didn’t fit, they were still very understanding and continued to help me the next day. I’m truly grateful for how kind, professional, and accommodating everyone was. This location really cares about its customers, and it shows. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Bass Pro Shops.

I was looking for an affordable place to get Santa photos this year and did some online searching to find that Bass Pro did complimentary photos! I never knew!! The team was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. I was warmly greeted at the door and everyone was very sweet. Mark was especially kind, good spirited, and helpful. He took an awesome photo, and made the experience special.
