I recently completed the Intro to Handgun course at Shore Galleries and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructors were patient, detail-oriented, and made sure I felt completely comfortable as someone brand new to firearms. By the end of the session, I had the knowledge and confidence to head into the range on my own. I also used Shore Galleries for an FFL transfer on my first revolver, and the process was fast, simple, and handled with care. Don’t let the older reviews mislead you. Shore Galleries has been under new ownership since April 2025, and Erik has done an incredible job revitalizing the store and its training programs.

Had an awesome time shooting at the gun range. Tried out their 22lr AK47 and it was super fun for plinking and teaching my friend thats new to guns. We paid roughly $130 total, for gun rental, one lane, and 250 rounds of ammo.

Good evening, is it possible for Europeans to come and try shooting?

Answer: In order to rent a firearm or purchase anything firearm related like ammunition, you need to have a FOID card. We do have private instruction sessions available that do not require a FOID card.
