From my very first visit, she clearly and patiently explained how to handle firearms safely, walked me through everything step-by-step, and did it all with a very positive attitude. Vivian also told me about the membership program and helped me understand how to join the Premium plan in a cost-effective way. Since then, I see her regularly - and every single time she is just as friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She always smiles, supports, and creates a very comfortable atmosphere.
