Academy Sports + Outdoors

First time in this store as it's close to our gym. It's an enormous, but empty, store. There were some decent prices but if you have a question or need help, good luck tracking someone down. They were friendly but this is an awfully HUGE store with seemingly little traffic. I hope they can last.

This Academy seller is really terrible. I just bought a pair of water shoes two weeks ago. The day before yesterday, I wore them to go fishing and found that the water shoes leak. Today I asked if I could exchange them for a new pair, but the seller said no. How can I know they would leak inside if I haven't worn them? If water shoes leak, can they still be called water shoes?
