I stopped in with a buddy and spent about 15 minutes looking at the bow wall as he was interested in purchasing a new bow and never once got asked if we needed help. I eventually asked if someone could scale the poundage on my bow. The employee took it, told me the number, and that was the end of the interaction—no conversation, no follow-up, no interest at all. Overall, the shop didn’t feel welcoming or customer-focused. There was very little hospitality and zero effort to engage us as potential customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Excellent service staff with a great selection. Location is fabulous and clean. Purchased online and picked up in store with ease. All gun shops should be this helpful and bright. Only issue we had, was staff wanting to talk politics during our purchase. Seems like folks in Louisville think only conservatives buy guns. 🤔
