Range USA Louisville

We had the best time during our lesson!!! Steven was exceptional, very knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with handling a firearm, something that had always made me very uncomfortable. Everyone that we spoke with at Range USA were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Nice range but the overall check-in logistics need work. This was our first time at this range so we had to sign a waiver. We stood in line and waited and when we finally got up to the register the worker said we needed to sign the digital waiver at a set of ipads that were in another line. We signed he waivers and watched the safety video and had to get back in line and wait again to then try to get a lane. I think if you guys would have dedicated signage as soon as you walk in this would help the backups. Since this wasn't a planned range day we didn't bring our own firearms and had to rent some. But you are only allowed to rent one firearm at a time and are only provided 1 clip. So if you want to rent another you must leave the range stand back in line turn the gun back in then pay for and rent another gun. All time sucks on your overall range time, also the 1 clip per rental eats into your range time as well. No big deal if you have your own firearms but really sucks if you are renting. The staff were all helpful and friendly it just the overall logistics of our experience we didn't like.
