Very helpful staff. Web site is easy and convenient to use. Filter options in inventory makes browsing very easy and fun. Excellent selection with thousands of options. When an item is out of stock, there is a notify option when it is available- was able to get my hands on a hard to find item that way!. Made my 9th purchase today and was given a generous discount based on my past activity. Every time I interact with the staff at Black Bayou Armory I am thanked for being a customer. That is something that is becoming more and more rare these days. Buying ammo turned out to be a breeze as well.

Ordered twice now from Black Bayou Armory (BBA). All deliveries were prompt, correct items with great pricing. I made a mistake reading the item upon delivery and sent an email on Saturday evening. I was surprised to receive a phone call from BBA within the hour. I explained the issue was on my end and that everything was okay. I rate this type of after-hours customer service as "exceptional" I look forward to continued business with Black Bayou Armory.
