Terrible Customer Service! I purchased a new rifle from a business in Arizona and just needed to ship it to an FFL. I spoke with someone at Dead Eye Arms and simply requested they send an email with their FFL as an attachment to the dealer so I could have the gun shipped to them. Apparently, that was too much to ask and he told me they are overwhelmed with gun shipments, and transfers. He wanted me to call the dealer back and have them email him because that is his process. Instead of making it harder on your customers why don’t you listen to them and meet the customer needs the best you can. He just didn’t want take the time to do it! It’s businesses like this one who make this process difficult when it should not be. Send your firearms somewhere else! There are far too many other places in Pearl, Brandon, Madison, Ridgeland, or any of the surrounding areas that will treat you far better! If it is such a hassle to take shipments and do transfers, don’t offer the service!

Buddy's a good guy. Knowledgeable, quick to answer any and all stupid questions, and when he doesn't know, he definitely knows someone who does that he'll put you in touch with. Go by, check them out, and support local businesses!
