Bass Pro Shops

I've never been in a Bass Pro Shop as big and wonderful as this! Amazing two-story store with everything you need for outdoor activities: camping, fishing, hunting, and more. Wonderful place to take you g children because if all the stuffed animals and scenery. Huge aquarium with fish, and pond with real ducks. Very fun!

I recently bought boots that ended up being the wrong size. When I took them back to simply exchange they didn't have my size. I was told to exchange them I would have to pay full price and when replacement pair comes in they will refund me the difference. It took over half an hour to simply return the boots. Employees need to be better trained and a more efficient system put in place.
