Cherokee Firearms

When we first entered Cherokee Firearms 3 years ago, we were first time gun buyers and very nervous and unlearned. We were astonished at how well and patiently we were taken care of. Matt was so patient and kind to answer what seemed like 100 questions, and ultimately led us to our favorite firearms. We loved all the staff and of coarse the owners. When we learned the store was changing hands to new owners we figured it would all change as many times it does with new owners, and we thought we’d be looking elsewhere. BUT let me say thankfully things have remained the high standard and employees we came to know and love. Jason had been wonderful to take of our needs and went above and beyond to make sure my gun was warrantied not once but twice, and it was no fault of Cherokee, but the gun company which they made right as well. They also have a top notch gun range and David has become our friend who we look forward to seeing when we come in to practice. ALL the staff are amazing and knowledgeable and we are forever customers here and refuse to purchase firearms elsewhere. I apologize for the lengthy review, but it’s a story worth telling!! Jason, thanks for all you do for us and all your customers! We do miss Nick and Debbie but we gladly welcome Jason and recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself!! 💙

Absolutely helpful and amazing staff, extremely knowledgeable and helps me out when I need parts installed. Jesse (or Jessie) was super helpful and saved me from losing my mind on installing a trigger shoe. Personally I'm never going to a different shop from Cherokee, would highly recommend spending your money here and no other gun store. Easy 5 stars, would leave a 10 star if possible
