First tme there, and last time there! Placed an order online Sunday 10/14/21. Went to pick up on 10/15. Owner was not in the store, and the person behind the counter was one of the rudest people I have ever had to do business with. He was actually standing behind the counter yelling at me. He escalated a simple situation into a yelling match. Met the owner today, he seems nice enough, but for business purposes he should probably reconsider having this person behind the counter. Having to return the ammo that I purchased at Ammo Bee, because it was dimensionally incorrect, I have found that Fred the owner is easy to deal with. He refunded the full amount with no issues. I will advise, if you are going to purchase ammo reloaded by PCI read the reviews on their website first. Apparently their quality control is awful!
