Sportsman's Warehouse

I asked two different employees for help during my visit. The first person worked in the clothing department. I asked him for help **fitting some gear**, and he just pointed and said, “Yep, it’s over there,” then walked away like it wasn’t his problem. No effort to assist at all. The second employee I spoke to about boots was actually helpful and knew where everything was, but she was extremely busy. While I was waiting, a rude customer pulled her aside and demanded she help him before me—even though I had already been waiting and had been in the store for almost **two hours** trying to find gear. She was clearly overwhelmed but still trying to help everyone, so I don’t blame her. Later, I went to the clothing clearance rack that clearly said **30% off all men’s and women’s camo**. I found a fleece marked **$45**. I checked the clearance rack again and saw a spot for that exact item, so I took it to checkout. At the register, it rang up at full price. When I asked why, they told me the tag was “already priced with the discount.” That makes no sense, because the other discounted items had higher original prices and were clearly marked down. If a tag shows a regular price with no clearance sticker, I’m going to assume it’s the original price—not a hidden discounted one. The cashier basically told me, “If you don’t like the price, call corporate.” At that point, I just said no thanks and walked out. Overall, not a great experience with customer service or pricing clarity. Giving a 2 star because the lady who helped with my boots was best overall!

Terrible customer service. Workers ignored you in line in the back department. Workers sat there and talked. line of people that waited over an hour. Multiple employees, stocking shelves ignoring the long line asked for help. They told me I had to wait in line. Will definitely go somewhere else. Manager came upfront did not help out. Obviously they don’t want business here.
