Upstate Guns and Ammo

This is the gun shop I go to when my normal one doesn't have what I need. The guys here are super helpful and very nice everytime I call or stop in the store. They've also had parts for my AR build that no one else in the area had. If you're curious, the part in question was an Aero Precision .308 BCG (Black Nitride). The shop is on the smaller side, though. However, I won't hold that against them because the customer service is good. If you ever need parts for a build or need help with something, I would definitely recommend these guys.

Usually whenever I go to a gun store the guys there are rude or just unfriendly for literally no reason, Upstate is the total opposite, bought a Henry Buckhammer from them and couldn't be happier, the whole time I was there they were friendly and engaged with customers and made the process a lot smoother They are also very good on the phone which I find a lot of gun shops are pretty bad at, you'll usually call and get greeted with a grunt or a "yup" and your first thought is did I call the right place or misdial to some random person but here they actually answer with a greeting so you know you called the right place, little things like that go a long way IMO, will definitely do business with them in the future
