Academy Sports + Outdoors

Stephan was an amazing help finding exactly what I needed in a timely manner. As well as going out of his way to find me in the wrong part of the store to direct me where I needed to go! Hats off to him for making my academy experience memorable and worth while after being let down going to other stores to find what I needed. Much appreciated and a promotion is needed!!!! On a scale from 1-10 he exceeded the bar over a simple need of mine!

This store used to be great but now it's as bad as the Greensboro store. I've been a lifelong Academy customer and I cut up my Academy credit card after visiting the store and I'll never spend any money with this company again. They refused to exchange a pair of shoes that was falling apart after less than 3 months. Keeyshawn and Kylie were especially unhelpful. Kylie in particular was rude and sarcastic rather than respectful. These type of employees are why sports stores are failing.
