Super great store to visit,all the staff at the Denver n.c location has always been friendly an will go out of there way to help you in any way they can.The range counter staff is the best(Fry,Cody and Matt)you guys are the best. Me and my family drive 1 hour and 45 minutes 4 times a month to practice there,to us its worth the drive.those 3 guys knowledge of the sport is second to none. We have purchased several weapons from that location and have never had a bad experience. Gonna be sad to see Fry leave,you 3 guys have helped me out tremendously over the past 8 months.

Walked in with all my guns in a case except one. Nobody in front of the store mentioned I had to have my gun in a case. Walked to the back to go shoot and was told I had to have it in a case. I apologized and told them I totally understand. He said there was a sign on the door, it was dark outside and the sign was off to the side of the door, not on the door itself. I didn’t see it due to it being night and the excessive amount of signage on the door paired with the “background noise” of what you see inside the store (pic attached for reference).one important note is that I didn’t come straight at the door from far away, parking is on the side so I walked around the corner and opened the door. Never raised my voice, apologized and still got kicked out. I encourage the store manager to review the video footage and retrain employees. I made a mistake as an unknowing customer but I walked by multiple employees with my gun pointed down. I was not negligent with my firearm, I simply just didn’t know a store policy. If this was a severe enough safety risk for me to get kicked out the employees should be retrained to notice the hazard and say something to protect there self and other customers while also retraining the manager of conflict resolution, and de-escalation especially when it pertains to firearm safety. I was a returning customer and have done the same thing before with no issues. I blame this bad interaction on what I assume was the acting shift manager which was extremely rude and escalated the situation, I was calm, complied with all requests and never raised my voice unlike the assumed manager. I hope to mitigate these concerns and be a returning customer someday.
