Crossed Rifles

I had a set of special order iron sights come in not through Crossed Rifles but called to see if they could install them. One of the gunsmiths told me he might not be able to get to it same day since he was off at 2pm. I was in the middle of work trying to find a window and asked if he could fit me in. He said he could get it done as long as I made it in before his shift ended. I told him I could get there but it would be close, and he did not seem too bothered by it. I got there about a half hour before he was off. I felt bad pushing it but he was really cool about it. He got straight to work on the sights and even stayed past his time to finish it. The sights looked dead on, but he offered to make any adjustments if I find they are not. I am OCD about things and will notice if they are even a hair off center, but they are perfectly installed. I tested them on the range and they are perfectly zeroed. I have been in the store a few times now and everyone there is down to earth, helpful, and genuinely happy to help. I am terrible with names, but the whole team has been solid every time I walk in.

It’s a alright store with decent selection . Don’t recommend ordering anything not in stock. Order a red dot early August didn’t get it till mid November. I was told company can be slow and it might take 2 weeks . Call after month was gave a blow off answer. Call after 2 months was actually got somewhat of reason . 2 weeks after they was told it be in that week. Show up week after was blow off about person working the I told it take while mind you said 2 weeks roughly . Got call two days later saying it was on and was in when I went in other day . Finally got it after 12 weeks better than never . Felt crappy every time I went to other guns stores and seen exact refit I order sitting on a Shelf. Was planing picking a nice rifle for wife but I take my money else where (respond back maybe I was quick to post a review but frustrated by whole interaction . I never got employee name cause ever time me and my wife went in there he made seem like I was burdening him by asking questions and being in store . I wish could been more communication cause it seems like nice store I would enjoy being repeat customers but felt blow off multiple times . Would been nice if I just go a sorry for being so late when picking up) also change stars cause one was little harsh
