Excellent Shop and Range With Top-Notch Instruction Great selection and solid prices. I worked with Chris for a private lesson, and he was extremely knowledgeable—he helped refine my form and overall shooting technique. Really great guy, and the whole staff is just as friendly and customer-focused. The range itself is clean, well-maintained, and a comfortable place to train. Highly recommend stopping in and getting some practice.

5 stars for the firearm itself; however, this is my second negative experience with the service at RangeUSA, and I will not be shopping here again. When a customer purchases a firearm online and completes the transfer in-store, it is reasonable to expect the opportunity to handle the firearm, ask questions, and ensure comfort with the purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. My online purchase was kept behind the counter throughout the transaction. The paperwork was processed, my CCW and license were returned, and the boxed firearm was placed on the counter with no further interaction or explanation before I was dismissed. This level of service is not what I would expect when purchasing a handgun. Upon opening the box myself, I noticed the firearm was dirty, with visible fingerprints on the magazine that had been inserted into the chamber. Additionally, some of the standard paperwork typically included in Springfield packaging was missing. I also observed what appeared to be rust inside the barrel and on the feed ramp. When I brought these concerns to the employee’s attention, they were dismissed. I then had to request that the firearm be disassembled so it could be properly inspected. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, particularly as an online customer completing an in-store pickup. While I am keeping the firearm because it is a quality product, I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
