Waited to give this review to make sure my bow didn’t blow up, and it’s still good luckily without trust in the archery department here. I bought an elite valor (second hand) coming from a bear cruiser g2 and I jumped the strings off the cams and it limb locked. My fault entirely with the wrong draw length just to feel the draw. Went to elite.com listed this store as a dealer. They got it pressed and unlocked. I went ahead and bought new limbs, cams, mods and axles. Lucky my strings and cables were good but just to make sure I’m set for years to come. This was out of pocket with no warranty being a second owner not a big deal I screwed up. Parts came in there is one guy there that knows what he is doing but the day I came in he wasn’t there. Still an archery department and the young man behind the counter started building it. (Just don’t call till it’s done by the right person). This guy took on building the bow and on the first draw it blew up in his hands. They did me right by replacing the parts all over again and covered by them luckily. But had to get new strings they got damage during that. So a few more weeks went by and I got a call it was done. Went to get it all new parts except I came in with blue winners choice strings after this it now has gray and black string and cable and they have a guy that makes string's. While picking it up it just was very awkward and this is a weird situation but i have no faith in the archery department.

5/5 – Great Experience at Vance Outdoors in Lebanon, Ohio I stopped by Vance Outdoors in Lebanon, Ohio yesterday, November 16th around 12:30 PM, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I came in looking for electronic hearing protection, clear safety glasses, and a few rifle accessories for my AR-15. Every item I needed was easy to find, clearly organized, and priced very well. Checkout was just as smooth. The lady at the counter was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which really made the visit stand out. It’s great to walk into a store and feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. Overall, Vance Outdoors provided great service, great selection, and great prices.
