Staff and customers have a better experience when they work together. Some sales managers at this location should work on improving their customer service skills. The staff in general is doing a good job, always friendly, always helpful.

Lots of selection for Owasso. Beats any advertised price by 5% (including sold by Amazon or the brand on Amazon). Always has a sale section of clothes in the front and shoes in the back. Well staffed so you have people to ask for help.
