Stopped to get some casual pants and found two pair that I liked. The placard on top of the rack stated "50% off". When the cashier (nice young girl) gave me the total I said they were supposed to be 50% off. She checked with two other employees (her supervisor or manager?).They stated "not 50% off" so I went back and took a picture of the sign and the rack of pants. When I presented the picture to the manager she accompanied me back to the rack and stated that the sign was correct but the wrong pants were on the rack. She took me to the front and gave me the 50% discount - she made it right even though they weren't the correct pants to be 50% off. She really stepped up and everyone I dealt with was very nice - excellent customer service in my opinion.

My family and I visited on a Sunday afternoon/evening to purchase a couple of bicycles and received wonderful assistance upon request. The atmosphere was welcoming and laid back. We enjoyed the liberty to test the bikes and left confident with our selections. The items we purchased were also reasonably priced and affordable. Two thumbs up 👍👍
