Exercise work out man? Small bike, mysterious size? Got walking around shoes shopping?

I purchased a S&W Bodyguard from here. The magazine is next to impossible to load, even with a speed loader it took 20 minutes. I set the full magazine down, and the rounds just started popping out. Very unreliable gun, and there is no return policy. It is now just a very expensive paperweight. Customer service is non-existent here.
