I am absolutely 25 year LEO and have been shopping with PSA for 5 years and have purchased several items. I have purchased complete rifles, lower kits, magazines, etc and have received nothing but quality products everytime. Never had any issues with the equipment. I will continue shopping with PSA and recommend PSA to my friends and colleagues.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Was greeted by many upon walking in. Went to the shooting range, process was quick. I liked how thorough the safety brief was, and the systems in place for making sure shooting is safe. Growing up I had shot a rifle with my dad and have been wanting to feel more comfortable with a hand gun. I was nervous to start, but Zack helped me get set up, demonstrated proper stance, grip, had me practice, gave simple feedback, and was super patient til I was able to get it. Highly recommend a lesson if its been awhile since you've shot.

Palmetto fire arms don't want your business they don't need any phone numbers because they want answer a call they will hang up on you and the customer service system is a joke . Stay away !!!

Answer: Seems as though not much has changed over the past five (5) years. Unless you purchase from their wedsite, they will not send out notices, or respond by phone. However, they are quick to accept the processing fees.

Answer: Customer service doesn't care about their customers at all, they just blame someone else and say it's not their fault. Quick to cancel orders instead of give a true resolve

Answer: Yeah , totally agree . They get so much business that they don’t care about customer service . They probably have the best selection , but I don’t shop there out of principle . Shooters choice in Lexington usually has awesome customer service and they know their stuff . Palmetto firearms across from the juvenile detention center has the best customer service even though it’s a smaller business they always take care of the customer and have fair prices . I usually go there first .

Answer: I never have a problem with them. They always respond to me quickly and politely and solve any issus or question I may have. Direct messaging is a great way to get your question answered, by DM, I mean FB, now X or Instagram. I love shopping with PSA!

Do y’all ever answer the phone in Columbia? Or just hang up on people?

Answer: Their phone attendance is the worst. One day I called over 10 times with no answer, finally drove to the store only to find 4 or 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Oh and guess what, the phone was ringing and they were all ignoring it... they suck !
