In my experience most people treat me like a criminal at first glance, but here I was not judged.( As a young black man with dreads, buying my second firearm) They were quick, kind, helpful and just as excited for my purchase as I was. I will come back for all and any of my outdoor hunting needs. Highly recommended store.

I’m a huge fan of Rays, not just for their selection of firearms and parts but also for their terrific customer service. I never wait long to be helped, which is rare because a lot of shops barely acknowledge you and leave you standing around. Rays has a great selection, especially if you are looking for unique or boutique military style firearms in Dallas. Their gunsmithing services are outstanding. I never take that level of service for granted, but the gunsmith almost always takes care of me right away. When I drop off a gun he usually says, “Give me an hour, feel free to look around and I’ll get this wrapped up.” They are efficient, reasonably priced, and consistently deliver quality work.
