I’m writing to share my experience at this store. The cashier was very friendly, but unfortunately, the manager, Heather, wasn’t. She made me feel embarrassed by insinuating I put a clearance sticker on a shirt, which was clearly glued to it. I was shocked and felt like I had to explain myself. I bought more items than I had originally intended, and I’m a loyal customer who always shop here for my family. It’s disappointing that Heather didn’t handle the situation professionally and didn’t honor the price on the tag. I have a feeling that if my skin color was the same as hers, she would have handled it differently. Prayers for Heather so she can be a better manager some day .😊

I ordered a pair of snow boots to wear in this winter mess that hit us this past weekend. I received a text shortly afterwards telling me that my order is ready and to come to the store for pickup, which means somebody filled the order and entered it as ready. So I head out in the ice & snow covered streets to drive to the store, like the message told me to do, only to be told by an employee once I arrived that the store is closed. Apparently a pipe had burst and the store was being cleaned, but the power was on and employees were there so I don't understand why my pair of boots that were as already pulled and paid for could not be given to me. I am now in a curbside spot, having successfully gone through the pickup process, the ten minute timer has expired, and I am still waiting.
