Range USA Humble

Excellent service, friendly and helpful as me and my son decided to come shoot a few guns as we are from Canada. Clean facilities and an excellent Range Master that was so helpful to us with all the nuances of the guns. We will be back again!

Updating my review now that I’ve had my premium membership for over a month. Tonight was a little discouraging to say the least. The guy helping me when I first walked in was rude. I rented a 22, but came with my 9 mm because a few rounds on the 22 always helps me transition to my 9 mm confidently (I’ll be purchasing my own 22 soon). Nevertheless, I didn’t quite know the actual name of the ammo to get for the 22 because the last time I rented it, the guy just got what I needed and told me, “The $10 CCI is what you’ll need”. Tonight, the man up front was adamant on being complex. I said exactly what I was told the last time, “The $10 CCi” to which he started asking questions and making it a very complicated transaction. He grabbed a $16 box and I expressed that’s not what I asked for or got the last time. It was just unnecessary and uncomfortable for no reason. As a new firearms owner, educate me—don’t become frustrated with me. Especially when I’m leading with patience and kindness. Return it. On another note, after I was done shooting, I came out to the line being super long for check-in. When I typically check out or leave, all I do is walk up to the counter and turn my things in, get my ID, and walk out. But no one came to serve me so I asked a staff, “Should I just get in the line?” He told me, “I guess.” Clearly seeing me with the gray caddy to turn in my rental. So I stood in the express member line—alone, but no one ever came to serve me. People who came after me went before me in the other check-in line. Why have an express membership line if no one adheres to it? I was so confused. So now I go in the line with everyone checking in when, again, I’m just trying to check out. I stand in this long line only to see people come out from shooting, walk right up to the counter, skip the line, and check out before me and everyone ahead of me in the line trying to either check out or in. I literally stood in line to watch people come after me, bypassed the line, and check out. How? Why? Nicely, I’m asking y’all to please use the member express line and communicate effectively when the lines get busy because standing there and watching people be served before me who came after me is quite disrespectful.
