So I got an email saying they had 30% off online only that also was very small on the email then I get there and a whole boot section for the water boots says other 30% off then when you get to the cash register, there’s literally no discount. The manager cannot even tell me what the original price was, but he says that it was already marked down very misleading. I came for the boots. I saw there were a sale so I bought $500 worth of stuff and then when I get there literally that stuff that I went for was not on sale but it’s a big sign. I showed the manager to sign and he didn’t care might as well hire robots, and have robots working there instead of human beings with common sense. I wish there was a Dick’s Sporting Goods in this area. I would go there instead. I spent almost $500 there today as a a manager he should’ve seen that and made a decision based on the us being good loyal customers with a a valid point . The is poor example of leadership, management and the reason why large companies go bankrupt over time . 1/25/26 right after 1pm. Manager on Duty needs to be re trained or replaced

I bought this Honda talon sxs a few weeks before Christmas for my daughter . I was assembling the night before Christmas Eve and it didn’t come with a steering wheel. I had lost the receipt and I paid cash. I went back to the store Christmas Eve morning and without any questions the manager here made it right instantly. I don’t remember his name but he was professional and kind.
