The lines are unbelievably slow here. Regardless if you have a return, expect to stand in the purchasing line. We left and drove to the South Austin location. As soon as we walked in and with the quickness, an employee notices my bag of return items and we were escorted to a register. No waiting in a line and was out in less than 2 minutes.
