We visited this location in sunset valley today looking to buy a Yeti cooler for our upcoming beach family vacation. We purchased the yeti cooler online and Riley processed our order while we waited. She was very kind in providing us a 10% military discount today due to being unable to come in yesterday 4th of July since the heavy rains had kept us home. I am very thankful and appreciative of Riley and her team in providing us excellent customer service with a very friendly attitude. We have been customers at this sunset valley location for decades and each time we visit we leave with a great shopping experience. Thank you Riley and the rest of the team for taking such great care of us.

Used to like coming to this location, yesterday I came to return some items and wanted to buy 2 Jordan fleece items apparently there was a buy 1 get one half price off for hoodies and pants of the same material hot deal. Cashier guy up front, I didn't get to remember his name but I do remember he was wearing cashier lead tag, he seem like he was not all there. I told him about the deal and even showed him the sign and he apparently told me that it was only for the hoodies not the pants. I had pants and a hoodie to return but both consisted of different material, and I wanted to rebuy the hoodie and buy pants consisting of the same material as the hoodie. Once he told me that it was only for the hoodies, I just wanted to switch the pants and keep the hoodie. The pants that I was returning were more expensive than the pants I wanted to buy. At the end the cashier guy was going to charge me $3 extra when the pants I was getting are cheaper than the pants I'm returning. At that point I just wanted a full refund and I did. Once I got my refund I went to the i35 location got the Jordan hoodie and pants of the same material and the deal was for both pants and hoodies of the same material not just the hoodies. So the cashier guy wasn't only unhelpful but he was wrong about the deal, he didn't even ask other employees to verify about the hot deal, indicating he did the bare minimum to help.
