I ordered a few items online for black Friday sales. I got there, a couple days later because I had a 4 or 5 day window. I was notified my items were ready to pickup, and I had to wait an hour to find out they couldn't find it. I was told they would grab the items up for me, and after over an hour of standing there politely, they still couldn't get it. I asked if I could come back the next day. I came back the next day. They still couldn't find it until after 30 or 40 minutes, in which, they didn't have the items I purchased, so I had to get a refund on some items. The whole purpose of ordering online and picking up was to make it simple and easy. Keep in mind, I purchased the items on black Friday for a discount. After all the in store waiting, I received a $5 coupon.

Avoid this place at all costs. Multiple issues with customer service but this last experience was the worst. Went in picked out two Leupold scopes and some other accessories $750+ purchase. Made my way to the counter swiped my credit card and was prompted to input a pin, typically you just press the red “X” and all is well. That didn’t work and the cashier just kept asking me to put in another pin. I explained it’s a credit card to them and the manager and they just shrugged and said there’s nothing they can do.
