Yet again great service from the gun counter. They were busy and the manager seemed to want to do anything but help me as I stood waiting. However, the guys who actually do the work in this department were great. Sean helped me in deciding which firearm I wanted between 3 different ones. He took the time to pull each one out, talked about pros and cons, and helped me get the one I wanted as well as a red dot.

As i walked in the "greeter" wouldn't even look at me much less acknowledge me. After making it to the shoe department i had to wait 15+ minutes before going to another department to ask for someone to come help me get some boots in my size. Upon finally getting to the register with only one cashier for almost 10 people the cashier rings up my shoes for full price instead of the sale price so she tells me there's nothing she can do and i have to go into ANOTHER line at customer service just for them to tell me the shoes are in fact not on sale and the price tag was on the wrong shoe. The only upside of my entire visit is them matching the sales price to the actual price so i can be on my way. First and definitely my last visit to this location.
