Went to look at a thermal scope today. The sales lady said it may not be fully charged. Did she offer to plug it in to be able to look? Nope so they possibly lost a sell. I am not going to spend thousands of dollars and not be able to look through it first.

I guess this place really couldn’t care less about customer service, considering how many people have complained about their rude cashiers and staff. I went to pick up an order today and waited for the customer in front of me to finish. When she was done, the cashier who was a young girl named Shy, completely ignored me even though I was standing there, and instead tried to take other customers who were waiting to pay. I made sure I was at the STORE PICK UP line so why did you just pretend I was not there? When I spoke to her, there was absolutely no greeting whatsoever. She rudely asked for my name for the pickup. After I gave my name and showed my phone with the order number, she still asked for the order number again (so lazy to read???) rudely, and even raised her voice at me. When she told me to step aside, her tone was disrespectful as well. Unfortunately, this was my second horrible experience with a rude young employee at the returns/pick up counter. What's up with this place and their rude employees??? I can only hope their management cares about customer complaints like this and starts training their employees in basic customer service skills. Also to the young girl, learn some manners! You've got a long life ahead of you. AND on top of this, when I got home, I just realized they gave me the WRONG size for my order. Smh.
