Excellent Experience for a Beginner! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Guard and Defend Firearms and highly recommend this shop, especially if you're a beginner. After visiting other local gun stores where the customer service felt rushed and unhelpful, the difference here was night and day. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't just point me toward a product; they took the time to go step-by-step to explain how everything works, making sure I understood the mechanics and proper use. It's clear they are willing to go out of their way to educate their customers and genuinely take their time. I drove all the way from Winnie to visit this location, and I can confidently say the trip was well worth it for this level of service. A huge thank you to Richard for his patience and outstanding help. He made the whole process easy and comfortable. I walked out with exactly what I needed and the confidence that came with a great education. This is definitely my go-to spot now!

Will not use them again! Worst customer service from owners that I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 silencers from them and a fitting that I did not need. When I called and talked to the sales clerk that sold me the fitting he said come by the store and since I haven’t even picked the fitting up he did not see there being a problem getting refund. When I get there the owner I believe his name was Ricky told me No very Rudely, all sales were final and that if sales clerk told me they would it would be on that sales clerk! I would highly recommend you go a little farther south Lonestar Gun Range in Lumberton they do value their customers and they will have to everything you need.
